  1. CORNSTARCH MIXTURE.
  2. Mix cornstach with water and set aside.
  3. PAN FRIED FILLET.
  4. Coat fish with cornstach.
  5. With oil pan fried fillet then use a scissor and cut into bite size and set aside.
  6. STIR FRY.
  7. With 2 tbsp of oil sauté pounded paste and onion till fragrance then add light soy sauce.
  8. Add fish and black pepper then top spring onion and gently stir fry to mix.
