  1. In a heated pan, pour the cooking oil and saute the garlic and onion.
  2. Add the pork and chicken until color turns to brown.
  3. Put the chicken cubes and add 1/2 cup of water then simmer until tender then add the fish sauce then mix..
  4. add the palm heart or sweet potato until soft.
  5. Put the string beans, celery, carrots (Do not over cook).
  6. Last, put the cabbage and let it cook for 3 mins..
