  1. You need 3 cups of instant oats.
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of Olive oil.
  3. You need 1/4 cup of Maple Syrup.
  4. You need 1/4 cup of Brown Sugar.
  5. It's tsp. of salt.
  6. You need 1/2 cup of any nuts (optional).
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon or nutmeg (optional).
  8. It's 1 cup of Dried coconut (optional).
  9. Prepare 1 cup of cranberries (optional).

Plus, homemade granola is super easy to make. You'll only need one bowl and some basic pantry ingredients. After searching for a healthier granola recipe, I tweaked a few to lessen the sugar. I use seeds instead of nuts due to allergies.

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. On a baking pan, (no bowls needed!!) toss everything together except nuts, dried coconut, cranberries, or any extras you would like to add!.
  3. Make sure ingridients are well mixed and evenly spread on sheet. Place in oven for 40 minutes..
  4. Every 10 MINUTES mix and then spread even until you hit the 30 minute mark..
  5. At 30 minute mark, add extras such and dried fruits and nuts. Bake for the last 10 minutes after tossing and spreading..
  6. And you are done! Enjoy your delicious snack or breakfast with little mess and effort..

Still very crunchy, delicious, and satisfying! Change the dried fruit to fit your tastes (blueberries, cherries, cranberries, apricots, etc.). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, coconut, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; set aside. To make bircher muesli instead of granola, make the master recipe without the liquid mixture (there's no need to bake either).
