I altered the alfredo sauce recipe just a bit from the archives to help thicken it up as a perfect accompaniment to the stuffed shells. Chicken, broccoli and mozzarella cheese fill the shells which are covered with alfredo sauce and baked. Bonus -the recipe makes enough to put some in the freezer.   1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Boil water and cook 25 jumbo shells, strain and rinse with cold water. Keep in strainer, set aside..

These shells get stuffed with chopped broccoli, tender rotisserie chicken, cheese and homemade alfredo. They are so simple but yet so delicious!! You then use the reserved alfredo and pour it over the shells and top with some more cheese. This dinner is a home run! This is our favorite use for alfredo sauce yet.
