  5. Prepare 1 can of refried beans.
  6. You need 3 cup of spanish rice.
  7. You need 1 of bell pepper chopped.
  8. Prepare 1 of onion, chopped.
  9. You need 2 tbsp of fresh cilantro chopped.
  10. Prepare 3 tsp of ground cumin.
  11. You need 3 tbsp of minced garlic from jar in water.
  12. You need 3/4 cup of Chunky picante sauce.
  13. It's 3 cup of shredded cheese *colby jack.
  14. It's 1 tbsp of dried chives.
  15. You need 1 tbsp of dried parsley.
  16. It's 1/2 cup of ricotta cheese.

  1. Cook hamburger, onions, bell pepper and garlic together. Add cumin and cilantro to mixture and cook until meat is browned and veggies are tender. Then stir in 3/4 can enchilada sauce 1/2 cup picante sauce and ricotta cheese. Chives and parsley. Heat thoroughly.
  2. Cook Spanish rice as directed on package or make your own..
  3. Heat refried beans in separate pan. Add 1/4 cup picante sauce to beans..
