Ingredients of Japanese Soy Sauce Pasta

  1. Prepare 2 oz of pasta.
  2. Prepare 1 tbsp of Olive oil.
  3. Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp of Garlic Chopped.
  4. You need 3 tbsp of soy sauce.
  5. You need 1 of Optional meat or veggies.

Japanese Soy Sauce Pasta step by step

  1. Begin to cook pasta.
  2. Put Olive oil and garlic in a pan, begin to heat.
  3. Add any veggies or meat to the pan.
  4. Add soy sauce to the pan.
  5. Optional (less salty) put a little bit of the pasta water in the pan witht he soy sauce mixture.
  6. Once the soy sauce is bubbling amd the garlic is darker add the cooked pasta to the pan. Stir it until all of the pasta is a light brown color.
  7. Add garlic powder if you need. Salt and pepper to taste. (I prefer without).
