1. Beat together well the cream cheese and powdered sugar..
2. Fold in the whipped topping..
3. Pour mixture into pie crust..
4. Top with anything you like. I usually use blueberry, strawberry or cherry pie filling. On the cheesecake in the photo I drizzled caramel sauce and sprinkled crushed Heath candy bars..
