  1. You need 1 small of Sweet Potato.
  2. It's 2 tbsp of Nestlé Chocolate Quick.
  3. You need 2 tbsp of Cinnamon.
  4. It's 1 dash of Salt.
  5. It's 1 tbsp of Sugar.
  6. You need 2 tbsp of Coconut Oil (melted).
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp of Olive Oil.

  1. Preheat oven to 325°.
  2. Mix Coconut Oil & Olive Oil (melt in microwave). Lightly coat cookie sheet with oil mix..
  3. Peel skin off Sweet Potato & cut into thin round slices.
  4. You can either: put oil into ziplock bag & shake/maneuver slices in bag to coat. Spread coated sweet potatoes on cookie sheet. OR spread sweet potatoes on cookie sheet first, then lightly drizzle melted oil on slices..
  5. Mix chocolate quick, salt, cinnamon & sugar in an empty spice bottle or sandwich bag & make a small hole in the bag to shake ingredients on sweet potatoes. Coat well. Flip over with spatula or fingers & coat other side. Place in oven @ 325° for 45-60 mins. Flip over with spatula 20-30 mins into baking time. Check occasionally d/t oven temp variations. All measurements are approximate so season according to taste. Pototoes should be dark brown & crispy, not soft to the touch but make sure not to burn them. Let cool 15 mins.
